Downloadable Products

All downloadable products from Cleanlots are not returnable and therefore non-refundable after purchase.

Hard Copy Book

Refunds are available for salable hard copy books only. A refund request must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of delivery. You are required to return the product at your own expense. There is a restocking fee of 10% on all hard copy book returns.

All hard copy book returns must be in the same condition as received including no bends in the cover or inner pages, and no damage of any sort.

Steps to initiate an eligible return are:

1. Notify Cleanlots immediately of your desire to return the hard copy book by telephone or email. Please include the purchaser’s full name, order number, invoice date, and reason for the return.

2. Cleanlots will provide you with an authorization number for the return, provided the purchase meets the return policy parameters. The address to return the book will also be provided.
3. Upon receipt of the hard copy book, you will be credited back the refund less the restocking fee of 10%.
